Service After Sales Regulations:
1. Strictly implement the relevant provisions of the National Three Guarantees Law and the manufacturer's warranty regulations, so the products manufactured and sold by Meiliqing provide three guarantees services.
2. OEM/ODM products are calculated from the date of delivery, and within three months of effective warranty, three months of replacement will be provided. one year warranty.
3. Calculated from the date of purchase, within the scope of the effective warranty, 3 months replacement and two years warranty are provided.

After-sales process:
1. Please prepare the corresponding materials first, such as: product model, transaction order number, purchase date and other information;
2. Click here to submit the after-sales application. After successful submission, you will receive an automatic reply email from Meiqing Technology;
3. After receiving the application, the after-sales service department begins to process the order. The staff communicates with the applicant about the return of defective products;
4. Customers return defective products, small pieces of express delivery, large pieces of logistics;
5. After receiving the defective product, the after-sales service department will hand it over to the engineering department to analyze the cause of the failure, and complete the repair work, and return it to the after-sales service department;
