The RFID-based CFS intelligent warehouse management system introduces RFID technology into the existing CFS warehouse management, and automatically collects data in each operation link of the CFS warehouse, such as warehousing, outgoing, allocation, shifting, and inventory counting. 1) RFID automatic identification system

The reading and writing of the RFID electronic label on the pallet is completed by the tally operator operating the handheld RFID reader. When the forklift passes the warehouse entrance and exit, the electronic label on the pallet will be read by the fixed reader, and the controller will send the label data to the back-end warehouse management system to reconfirm the correctness of the pallet and its goods. If it is correct, it will pass smoothly. , The back-end warehouse management system unbinds the outbound pallet from the corresponding location, and if an exception occurs, the forklift is prohibited from passing.
2) Wireless data transmission system
The wireless data transmission network chooses 802.11b/g protocol (WIFI). The advantage is that the communication protocol is mature, the utilization rate is high, and the types of wireless access point (AP) devices supported are wide. . Set up a wireless data transmission network in the warehouse so that the wireless signal covers the entire warehouse and part of the area outside the warehouse. 3) Backstage warehouse management system
The PC-side database software monitors and records the events that occur in the warehouse, displays the current location, pallets, and cargo status of the warehouse in real time, manages and dispatches the forklifts in the warehouse, monitors the various processes that occur in the warehouse, performs operations and generates corresponding Documents.
