　　Such a technological scene took place in Haidilao's first smart restaurant. This hot pot restaurant on the basement level of Beijing Zhongjun World City has become a "net celebrity restaurant" since it opened on October 28, 2018. It has attracted a large number of "early tasters" diners, and waiting in line is the norm. What kind of sparks will technology and catering create? A few days ago, the reporter also took a curious look at the true face of the smart restaurant.

　　Once you enter Haidilao, it is the equipotential zone. The lights inside are a bit dim, and the five rows of seats face a giant projection screen 13 meters wide and 3 meters high, just like being in a movie theater. This screen is equivalent to a game interface. You can use your mobile phone to scan the QR code to play Haidilao's small game "Food Battle" developed by Haidilao. The winner can get a small voucher and free dishes. The bottom right of the screen is the live broadcast of the back kitchen. The sweet point is that there are small packets of snacks on each seat, and the waiter will occasionally hand over hot towels, water, and even fruits.

　　Going in again is the dining area. There are 93 tables, large or small, in a space of 1,600 square meters. The lights here are also not bright, because Haidilao uses a 360° whole-house surround stereo projection. 5 super-large dome screens can switch 6 scene themes at will, including starry sky, peach garden, wonderland, snow mountain, oil painting and healing system. Through sound and light technology, an "immersive" dining experience can be created.

　　These designs may be "fancy", but the real technological content of smart restaurants lies in the back kitchen. According to the staff, after ordering through the iPad, the data will be transferred to the back kitchen's dish warehouse. At this time, it was the turn of the highly flexible side dish robot arm to perform. It can reach the top of the shelf more than two meters high, easily remove the dishes, and then put them on the conveyor belt to the delivery port. Then, the food delivery robot on standby will get instructions to deliver the food to the customer's table accurately. Since there are only 6 robots in the store, in order to save time, sometimes the waiter personally serves the food.

　　It is worth mentioning that all the dishes are from the automatic temperature-controlled 300,000-level ultra-clean smart dish warehouse, through the 0-4 ℃ cold chain fresh-keeping logistics, directly to the store, and enter the automatic dish machine. At the same time, by loading the RFID food material supervision system, each dish is equipped with an exclusive "ID card", which can be tracked in real time, and the shelf life of the dishes can be accurately controlled.
