About RFID electronic tag selection
First of all, we must consider the recognition distance of RFID electronic tags. The approximate range of the required recognition distance is determined through actual application scenarios. The distance of RFID recognition should be an important factor to consider. For different distances, the choice of equipment, especially electronic tags, is very different, which is mainly reflected in the working frequency of the tags. In vehicle management, it is necessary to fully consider the distance range for vehicle identification when obtaining vehicle tag information. The distance should not be too close to cause "group reading" phenomenon, or too far to cause misreading. Second, consider the directionality of reading RFID electronic tags. Due to the technical characteristics of RFID, RFID can read multiple tags at the same time. About RFID antenna selection
In vehicle management, we often encounter the situation of adjacent tag string reading. In order to prevent the group reading of vehicle information, when the reader and the tag are working, as far as possible, the reader can only read one vehicle at a time. Electronic tags, to meet this requirement, in addition to controlling the location of the RFID reader antenna installation and placement through physical means, it is more important to select the polarization of the antenna. The antenna polarization methods include linear polarization and circular polarization. In similar projects, the label installation direction is basically the same, so you can choose a linear polarization antenna. The beam angle of the linear polarization antenna can be achieved. 30 degrees, so the radiation is very narrow, which solves the problem of adjacent label cross reading.
About RFID reader selection
After determining the working frequency of the RFID system and the polarization mode of the reader antenna in the entire vehicle management, the choice of the reader is relatively fixed. With the development of RFID technology, the price of readers will be further reduced, performance will be further improved, reader devices will develop in the direction of modularization and intelligence. In vehicle management, fixed readers are mainly used. RFID readers are used in vehicle management to realize the identification of vehicles and automatically deduct fees. If a long-distance RFID reader is used, a fast channel without stopping or taking out a card can be realized, or an unattended channel, or unmanned electronic detection of the entry and exit of vehicles.
