How to use RFID reader
RFID reader is a kind of radio frequency identification equipment, which
plays a very important role in electronic toll collection systems on highways
and some parking management systems. Therefore, RFID readers are used in many
places, but many people do not know how to use RFID. Today, we will introduce
how to use rfid reader.
The rfid reader can capture the target information that needs to be
acquired through the radio frequency identification signal, can identify
high-speed moving objects, without manual operation, and can display multiple
targets more intelligently, conveniently and quickly. RFID readers are mainly
fixed and portable.
How to use rfid reader
First, you must shut down the computer and unplug the keyboard. Then
connect the interface of the keyboard to the corresponding socket on the rfid
reader.
Since the power supply of the RFID reader is directly used by the computer
keyboard, if the plug does not match, a specific power supply can be added to
the RFID reader module. After connecting the cable of the rfid reader to the
keyboard socket of the PC, you also need to connect the RS232 socket.
After all the above connections are connected, turn on the computer, copy
the rfid system disk to the computer, install it, and run the test program of
the rfid reader to check whether each command works normally. If it works, the
rfid reader and user PC are successfully installed.
RFID readers communicate with electronic tags through antennas, and can
read and write memory data and tags. RFID reader is mainly composed of
transmitter and receiver, control unit and antenna. The electronic tags of some
RFID readers are also called transponders and data carriers. The signal
transmission and communication between the two are realized through other
equipment.
