2. System composition
The system consists of passive RFID radio frequency tags, portable PDAs, fixed readers, electronic locks and monitoring centers. The monitoring center uses the monitoring management system to monitor hazardous chemicals in real time.
The production, transportation and storage companies of hazardous chemicals have their own independent management systems. The monitoring and management system develops an information query system based on the data interfaces provided by the production management system, transportation management system and warehouse management system, and calls in real time to view information about hazardous chemicals in the independent systems of production plants, transportation and storage.
Through the global positioning system GPS module and wireless communication GPRS/CDMA module installed on the transport vehicle, the driving route of the transport fleet is displayed on the interface of the real-time information management system. The status information of the portable PDA and the fixed reader to read and write hazardous chemicals and the alarm information of the electronic lock will be uploaded to the real-time information management system in real time, so as to achieve the purpose of monitoring and management.
3. Realization process
Production
Manufacturers paste passive electronic tags on single pieces or packages of hazardous chemicals, and use portable PDAs or fixed readers to enter the information of hazardous chemicals into passive electronic tags, including name, model, quantity, weight, All information related to pressure, temperature, manufacturer, etc.
transportation
Before transporting hazardous chemicals onto the vehicle, transport personnel use a portable PDA to read and write hazardous chemicals affixed with passive electronic tags, including the vehicle number of the hazardous chemical loaded into the vehicle, the vehicle model, the maximum load capacity of the vehicle, and the name of the driver , Company and other information. This information can be transmitted to the monitoring and management system through the communication function of the PDA.
The electronic lock system is used to replace the traditional lead seals for electronic monitoring and management of cargo containers. The electronic lock has low power consumption, is simple, practical, easy to operate, reusable, economical, and has the dual functions of mechanical locking and electronic sealing. When there is a need to unload on the way, the vehicle-mounted personnel use a handheld PDA to input the password of the electronic lock, and the electronic lock is unlocked to load and unload the goods. This action will be monitored in real time by the monitoring center. For vehicles that do not need to be unloaded midway, the consignee can only enter the password when arriving at the destination to unlock the electronic lock. If the electronic lock is illegally disassembled in the middle, it will report to the monitoring center immediately.
The transportation vehicles are equipped with GPS and GPRS/CDMA systems, and the driving route will be displayed in real time on the electronic map of the monitoring system.
Warehousing
When hazardous chemicals arrive at their destination, unlock the electronic lock. Receiving personnel use portable PDA/fixed readers to read and write information, including: receiving company, consignee, quantity of goods, whether there are any abnormal problems, etc. After the management system of the monitoring center receives the information and confirms the safe receipt, the transportation monitoring process will be completed.
4. System function
Full traceability of hazardous chemical information
From production, transportation to warehousing, the information is transmitted to the monitoring center in real time through the reading and writing of portable PDA or fixed reader at every link of the hazardous chemicals in the entire process.
Transportation vehicle monitoring
The driving position and route of the transportation vehicles are displayed and updated in real time on the electronic map of the monitoring center, which is convenient for the management personnel to dispatch the vehicles in real time.
Unified integration of production, transportation, and warehousing system information
The information query system can use the access authority of the monitoring center to query the transportation of hazardous chemicals information on the independent management systems of the production, transportation, and storage companies. Its data information can be correspondingly integrated to provide data analysis for planning and decision-making and data comparison with real-time information management systems for monitoring management.

When the electronic lock is opened or damaged in violation of regulations, the monitoring center will immediately receive an alarm message.

When transporters use portable PDAs to enter information about the hazardous chemicals that will be loaded into the vehicle, the monitoring center will get the weight of the loaded single or package of hazardous chemicals and the maximum load capacity of the transport vehicle, and the system will automatically determine the transport If it is overweight, the system will alarm if it is overweight.

5. Function extension
The temperature, pressure, tilt angle and leakage of hazardous chemicals sensors are installed on the transportation vehicles. When a dangerous situation is about to occur, the information can be transmitted to the monitoring center through GPRS/CDMA to report to the police in time to prevent accidents.
Vibration sensors are installed on the transport vehicles. If the vehicle collides, it will alert the monitoring center in time, especially in major accidents, when the on-site personnel can no longer call for help, the automatic alarm of the sensor is convenient for rescuers to rush to the scene for rescue as soon as possible.
