RFID logistics vehicle management system
Realize the automatic entry and exit of vehicles in and out of the factory area and carry out the management of the use and positioning of loading and unloading parking spaces, so as to enhance the management of vehicle circulation in the factory area, ensure the reasonable and effective use of parking spaces, and improve work efficiency.
The visual management project of logistics vehicles in the factory is a monitoring system that uses RFID technology to automatically record the vacancy status of the parking spaces in the logistics unloading area of the manufacturing industry, and the vehicle entering and leaving the factory. It is the comprehensive monitoring and management of the entire in-plant process from the arrival of the vehicle to the logistics gate until the completion of loading and unloading and leaving the factory, including vehicle entry and exit management, arrival parking record management, parking parking and loading time management, vehicle parking occupancy, real-time LED release management, etc.
1. Fix the vehicle: Fix the electronic tag on the vehicle (fix according to the best reading and writing position of the reader):
1. When the vehicle arrives on time, after the reader reads the vehicle information, there are two situations: ①The unloading truck space is occupied ((1) The corresponding parking space of the vehicle is occupied; (2) If there is no corresponding parking space, all parking spaces are occupied), The system automatically sends text messages to relevant personnel, and the vehicle waits for exception handling until the parking space is free, the railing is automatically raised, and the vehicle enters the factory; ②The unloading truck space is free, the railing is automatically raised, and the vehicle enters the factory.
2. The vehicle arrives early, the reader reads the vehicle information, and the vehicle waits until the standard time for entering the factory. There are two times ①The unloading truck space is occupied ((1) The corresponding parking space of the vehicle is occupied; (2) There is no corresponding parking space All parking spaces are occupied), send a text message to relevant personnel, and the vehicle waits for exception handling until the parking space is free, the railing is automatically raised, and the vehicle enters the factory; ②The unloading truck space is free, the railing is automatically raised, and the vehicle enters the factory.
3. When the vehicle arrives late, 30 minutes late (you can set the delay time by yourself), the system will automatically send a text message to the relevant personnel, and send a text message of the delayed vehicle arrival time to the relevant personnel. There are two situations ① unloading truck space occupation ((1) The corresponding parking space of the vehicle is occupied; (2) If there is no corresponding parking space, all parking spaces are occupied), send a text message to the relevant personnel, and the vehicle waits for exception handling until the parking space is free, the railing is automatically lifted, and the vehicle enters the factory; ②Unload the truck space When idle, the railing is automatically raised and the vehicle enters the factory.
2. Temporary vehicles:
1. Non-delivery logistics vehicles are directly registered and released.
2. For logistics vehicles, fill in the vehicle information, the guard will issue a temporary card (consistent with the fixed card information), the temporary vehicle enters the door to take the card, and when it exits, the card is returned.
Unloading management
1. After the vehicle enters the factory, if it does not enter the designated parking space for more than 5 minutes (the system can be set), the system will automatically send a notification to the factory’s LED screen showing that the vehicle has not entered the parking space abnormally, and a statistical report;
2. The system automatically recognizes vehicles entering the parking space (judging that the vehicle information collected within 3 minutes (system can be set) is spam information), as long as the vehicle does not stay in the parking space for more than 3 minutes, the system does not collect vehicle information;
3. The vehicle unloading time is recorded in the system, and the license plate number of the vehicle occupied by the parking space is displayed on the LED screen in the factory. If the vehicle does not leave within the specified unloading time (the unloading time for each parking space can be set in the system), the system will automatically send a text message to Relevant personnel, and alarm to inform the on-site operators (voice prompt), automatically generate a notice displayed on the LED screen of the logistics door, notify the abnormal situation of the parking spaces of the vehicles waiting to enter the factory, and statistical reports (the parking spaces and vehicles can be statistically generated);
4. When the vehicle leaves the parking space and does not leave the factory for 5 minutes (the system can be set), the system will automatically send a notification to the factory LED screen to show that the vehicle has not left the factory in time. Statistical report.
Statistical Analysis
1. Real-time query of vehicle data, driver data, and vehicle entry and exit conditions can be performed, and statistics can be made by day, month, and year. The number of vehicles arriving, entering and leaving the factory can also be flexibly created and set up different filter conditions to count and query;
Two, early and late vehicle data query, statistics by day, month, year, report generation, vehicle arrival, vehicle arrival rate ranking according to the unit, parking space, vehicle statistics report;
Three, parking space occupancy statistics report, you can query parking records according to the vehicle, you can also query vehicle parking records, unloading time ranking statistics report according to the parking space;
Four. Vehicles entering the factory overtime, failing to enter the designated parking space, vehicle statistics report;
5. The vehicle unloading time is too long, and the report is generated according to the statistics of the vehicle and the parking space;
VI. After the vehicle leaves the parking space, the vehicle statistics report if it does not leave the factory over time;
Seven, the time when the vehicle enters and leaves the factory, the time of loading and unloading, and the statistical report.
Achieve various report statistics, printing or exporting to Excel tables and other operations, which can provide the management with various data for quick decision-making.
