However, the current management situation cannot solve the following problems:

　　1. Long-distance identification:

　　The effective reading distance between the card reader and the label on the car is 0 to 80 meters, which provides a time buffer from the card reader recognition to the automatic gate opening. This distance is suitable for most parking lots. , this distance is also the technical basis for "clearing customs without stopping".

　　2. Internal vehicle automatic identification

　　For vehicles within the army, the system can automatically identify and automatically release the brakes. The system saves the basic information of the vehicles in the hospital, and the database records the license plates, drivers, and basic information of entry and exit of all vehicles in the garage. When passing through the entrance, the card reader at the entrance recognizes the ID number of the vehicle tag, and compares the ID number with the ID number in the database. If it is a vehicle in the hospital, the system controls the brake to automatically open. If the vehicle is not in the hospital, the system will issue an alarm; the system can control the camera to take a picture of the license plate of the vehicle and save it to the database together with the vehicle entry and exit records.

　　Temporary cards can be used for external vehicles because they do not have electronic tags installed. The temporary card is a card authorized by the system and can be recognized by the reader, but the ID number and color of this card are different from those of the internal vehicle, and the archives in the system are also separate.

　　5. Effectively manage vehicles

　　For vehicles inside the army, the system can display whether they are in the hospital. When the vehicle enters the hospital, the system displays the vehicle's location in the hospital; when the vehicle goes out, the card reader at the exit reads the vehicle's exit information, and the system displays the vehicle's location as not in the hospital. Using this function, you can count the vehicles in the hospital, and then according to the data in the database, you can judge whether the vehicle is in the hospital at any time.

　　6. Information feedback

　　When a vehicle is driven out of the garage, the reader at the exit of the garage can quickly identify the information of the vehicle and upload the information to the management machine. If there is an abnormal departure from the warehouse, the system will issue an alarm prompt.

　　3. System flow description

　　3.1 Establish a database

　　The system first establishes a corresponding database for the tags of each vehicle. The database includes: tag ID number, vehicle license plate, affiliated unit, person in charge and other information. When the reader sends the ID number of a vehicle tag to the host computer, the host computer can call up the corresponding information from the original database.

　　3.2 Vehicle storage

　　Vehicle entry and exit identification

　　An active electronic tag is placed in each car, and the tag can realize long-distance data transmission;

　　When the vehicle reaches a distance of 0~80 meters from the garage entrance, the reader automatically reads the information on the tag, and transmits the ID number on the tag to the command center through the controller, and the command center retrieves the phase from the database. A list of corresponding ID numbers;

　　If it matches, it will show that the vehicle belongs to the garage, and then lift the pole to pass. The system will automatically record the vehicle storage time and save it. If it does not match, it will show that the vehicle does not belong to the garage, then do not lift the pole, call the police, and inform the manager to deal with it.

　　3.3 Vehicle out of warehouse

　　An active electronic tag is placed in each car, and the tag can realize long-distance data transmission;

　　When the vehicle arrives at a distance of 0~80 meters from the garage exit, the reader automatically reads the information on the tag, and transmits the ID number on the tag to the management machine through the controller, and the management machine retrieves the corresponding information from the database. a list of ID numbers;

　　If it matches, it will show that the vehicle belongs to the garage, and then lift the pole to pass. The system will automatically record the vehicle storage time and save it.

　　If it does not match and the vehicle forcibly passes through, it will alarm and record through the sound and light alarm.

　　3.4 Vehicle outbound notification function

　　When a vehicle is driven out of the garage, the reader at the exit of the garage can quickly identify the information of the vehicle, and upload the information to the host computer, and the management computer can clearly see the vehicle label information. The reader and the system will generate an alarm prompt, and will link the video surveillance system to retrieve nearby video surveillance images for effective management.
