RFID technology allows vehicle charging to realize automatic bow selection
On April 23, the second-generation 10.5-meter super capacitor city bus independently developed by General Motors rolled off the assembly line in the Economic Development Zone of Ya'an City. The bus applied advanced technologies such as active and passive safety, intelligent charging, and lightweight Technology and configuration are another measure to adapt to the current urban new energy bus operation.

In summary, the new second-generation 10.5-meter super capacitor city passenger has six major advantages in technology.
One, fast charging. Supercapacitors have the ability of fast charging and discharging, and the charging rate is above 5C. It is the fastest charging battery system at present, and it can be fully charged in only 5-8 minutes.
Second, smart charging technology. After parking in place, the vehicle can automatically connect to the WIFI hotspot of the target charging station through radio frequency electronic tag (RFID) identification technology to realize automatic bow selection. The driver only needs to press the charging switch on the seat to start charging, and the charging bow will automatically rise and retract after being fully charged, realizing intelligent charging.
Third, a new generation of super capacitors. The capacity of the capacitor is 35kwh, and the mass energy density of the supercapacitor is as high as 170wh, which is at the leading level in the industry among fast charging batteries. The second-generation product optimization improves the capacitor control strategy, and more accurately controls the 1152 single capacitors and the capacitor system.
Fourth, low-entry body structure. Full-bearing low-entry body structure, first-level stepping is convenient for passengers to get on and off, the interior of the car is transparent, the standing space is large, and the passenger capacity is strong.
Fifth, safety. The flammable and volatile matter detection and alarm device can detect whether passengers are carrying dangerous flammable and explosive volatile matter. The tire pressure monitoring system can monitor the tire pressure of the entire vehicle in real time, avoiding the danger of driving with insufficient tire pressure and tire blowout. The 360 surround view system can observe the surrounding environment of the vehicle in 360° without blind spots, and the vehicle has no blind spots in the field of vision. Automatic glass breaking device, when an emergency occurs, the driver can break the emergency window glass within 1s by pressing the switch. The whole car adopts flame-retardant interior materials, which meet the requirements of JT/T1095 standard, and reach the flame-retardant or even non-combustible fireproof level.
Sixth, smart. The vehicle is equipped with a driver's active safety defense system, which can intelligently monitor the driver's driving behavior, and monitor dangerous driving behavior and fatigue status and voice reminders. The passenger flow statistics system can carry out passenger flow statistics at any time to avoid passengers being stranded in the car, and perform passenger flow analysis, capacity analysis, and passenger flow prediction during peak periods to realize intelligent vehicle dispatching on bus routes. Intelligent vehicle charging technology reduces the driver's work intensity and improves charging safety.
