1. Program overview
The RFID personnel positioning system is a personnel management system proposed by Beironghui Information Co., Ltd. for personnel positioning in complex environments. For railway stations, it can realize the monitoring of the staff in the platform, ticket window, ticket gate and waiting room Track positioning and safety management, improve management quality, and avoid problems such as slow information transmission due to a noisy environment.
The RFID personnel positioning management system realizes a wide range of accurate personnel monitoring through RFID technology, and uses the mature CAN bus/R485 line data transmission network system to connect personnel to locate base stations, readers and wireless transmitters (electronic tags) carried by personnel. , Through personnel positioning base station and personnel management special software and back-end database for data exchange to realize the tracking and positioning and safety management of personnel in the station.
The system has safety, stability, scalability, easy maintenance and easy operation.
2. System architecture
RFID personnel positioning system is mainly composed of personnel positioning management software, background database, data relay equipment, readers, tags and other equipment.
The personnel positioning management software is integrated in the railway station information management system, and is mainly used to process the collected data, and reflect the position of the monitored personnel in real time through the personnel positioning display screen, and can issue instructions to the wireless through the wireless voice command system when needed. The terminal carries out personnel management.
The back-end database is mainly used to collect and store the data uploaded from the reader, used for data backtracking and provided to the positioning management software for data processing.
Relay device is used to upload data to the reader. The longest wiring distance of the reader using the 485 line network is about 1000M, and the data needs to be uploaded through the relay device to avoid data loss due to too far.
Reader is mainly used for receiving, filtering and uploading data to the back-end database.
The electronic tag is carried by the controlled person, and uploads the data to the nearby reader in real time to realize the personnel tracking and positioning function.
Three, coverage
The coverage of system includes 2 concepts:
1. Single reader coverage: the maximum coverage distance is within 60-80 meters centered on the reader.
2. Multi-reader data upload can be realized through the networking system, and multi-level and multi-area simultaneous coverage can be realized.
Four, system interface
The reader supports R232, R485, network port and CAN bus interface.

1. Personnel positioning
mainly uses two methods to locate personnel:
A. Scope positioning: The information in the data upload includes the received tag information and the relevant information of the receiving information reader. The data can be analyzed to obtain the reader number and the tag number within the coverage of the reader, so as to determine the location of the corresponding person.
B. Precise positioning: Through RSSI value (wireless signal strength value) positioning, the specific distances corresponding to different RSSI values can be obtained through actual tests, so as to achieve precise positioning under range positioning and determine the position of the person from the reader.
2, attendance management
Time and attendance management is carried out by personnel carrying tags in and out of the signal coverage area, recording the time of entering and leaving the work area in real time, accurately recording the work status, and filing it.
Six, system value
The core value of this system is to know the location information of the staff more accurately, thereby improving the accuracy and timeliness of staff scheduling. In order to achieve the purpose of improving management efficiency.
Seven, equipment requirements
Reader working voltage range: 7~32V, recommended voltage range: 9~15V, working current: ≤106mA, working humidity range: 10%-90%, it is necessary to provide a power interface near the reader installation location;
It is necessary to reserve wires for networking, such as 485 wires;
The reader antenna is installed with a directional or omnidirectional antenna according to the actual situation to improve the information receiving effect;
Antennas are placed on the top of each floor to reduce environmental interference.
