　　RFID washing system

　　1. System overview

　　This system applies RFID technology to the identification and management of individual clothing. Based on ultra-high frequency (UHF) RFID technology, it realizes an efficient working platform for rapid collection, sorting, automatic inventory and retrieval of clothes in the laundry industry, greatly improving work efficiency and reducing error rates.

　　Compared with traditional manual management, this intelligent laundry application system has the following advantages:

　　2) Improve work efficiency and economic benefits, save personnel expenses and reduce costs;

　　3) Fully automatic design to improve service quality;

　　4) Can accurately distinguish customer categories and preferential services;

　　6) Record and save customer information and laundry records, and can query and print information at any time.

　　2. System design

　　Textile tablecloths are used in each hotel, including the restaurant and several banquet areas, and there are hundreds of guest rooms that require bathrobes, linens and towels, a considerable number. With so many textiles leaving the hotel each day to be washed, pressed and folded before returning to the hotel, it makes it more difficult for laundromats to track the location of those textiles, their quantities, and to confirm that they have all returned.

　　Some hotels want to be able to track the number of times each item is washed and estimate the useful life of those items based on the number of washes. Hotels also want to be able to receive alerts when an item has reached the maximum number of washes, indicating that the item may need to be replaced.

　　And our application of RFID in the washing industry just solves these needs.

　　This system is shown in the figure. First of all, in each customer hotel, on the doorway of the clothes entering and leaving, install the RFID antenna and the reader, and the reader will transmit the data to the client server in the hotel. RFID antennas, readers, and client servers are also installed in the entrance and exit of each laundromat. The client server in the hotel and the client server in the laundromat connect to the data center server.
