　　When items need to leave the hotel and be sent to the laundromat for cleaning, the items are stacked on a trolley and have to go through a doorway where an RFID reader with four antennas is installed. The reader will obtain the ID number of each item at any moment when the item passes through the doorway, and transmit these ID numbers to the back-end system in the hotel through the cable connection, and then store the data, indicating that the item has been sent for cleaning, and established. Items are shipped with a laundering order.

　　When the laundry of each hotel is sent to the cleaning shop, it also passes through a doorway equipped with an RFID antenna and a reader, and the reader transmits the ID information of the read item to the server of the laundry shop to store the data, which means that You can check how many clothes in which hotels go to this laundromat to be cleaned, and check the quantity of textiles when they leave the hotel and the quantity that goes into the laundromat.

　　After sorting, it enters the laundry process. After washing, the clothes are sorted and packed, and the electronic label information of all the clothes in the bag is read again through the reader, and the data is checked with the corresponding washing task list, and then sent to various hotels.

　　When laundromats return items, they still go through their respective portals. The software compares the ID number of the returned item's tag with the ID number of the item sent for cleaning to determine if they were returned, in the correct quantity, and stores the information again. Business reports can be run in hotels and laundromats that document, for example, how often items were washed, when they were washed, and which were not returned.
