　　Narain said, "The compliance rate of truck drivers is now high. The number of trucks paying operators or using free lanes to evade ECC has dropped from about 33% to 18%. We have not implemented this restriction because it will lead to a buildup of vehicles on the border. Come. If you continue to allow this, the pollution load will rise again."
