Tool entry and exit: confirm entry and exit by installing an RFID reader at the door of the warehouse. When the tool arrives at the door, the RFID reader will feed back the information from the tag to the background, and mark "out of the library" or "in the database corresponding to the tag. Inbound" manually click on the screen to confirm the status;
Tool inventory: The staff can use the handheld terminal to take inventory regularly, read the tool tag information at close range, and compare it with the back-end management system, and manually check whether the types and quantities of tools on the warehouse and the tool table are consistent with the back-end system. If they are inconsistent, the system information can be corrected on the spot, and it can also prevent finding difficulties and loss caused by misplaced tools. This inventory method can shorten the time of the enterprise inventory by 85%, greatly improve the work efficiency, and increase the inventory cycle at the same time.
Tool repair and replacement: The staff can check the label information bound to the tool to confirm whether the tool has reached the designated service life or cannot be used anymore. If the tool cannot be used anymore, it will be scrapped, and the electronic label information of the device will be processed through the handheld terminal. After reading, enter the scrap reason, the operator, and the approver in the system. The scrapped equipment information will be kept in the scrap tool file information for query.
