Motor vehicle supervision system is often a regional, cross-industry, and multi-technology application platform system. Therefore, the architecture design will fully consider the speed of data transmission, the quality and safety of the data, the rationality of the overall business process, the standardization and scalability of each link interface, and the reliability and fault tolerance of the entire system. In addition, whether due to the network or the system server, the system should have emergency response capabilities.
The system should form a full-process and full-life cycle management from licensing, inspection, maintenance, use, illegal handling, scrapping, etc., and improve the vehicle database through the electronic management of vehicle licenses. The electronic tag is attached to the motor vehicle as an electronic license plate, and the comprehensive information of vehicle supervision is stored inside the electronic tag. Through the RFID hardware supervision equipment, the problematic vehicle can be analyzed and identified, the problem can be found at one point, and the whole network can be monitored to effectively prevent and combat crime; Through the RFID supervision platform, new methods and new methods are used to solve the intersections and blank points in the administrative management work, and realize the integrity, uniformity and harmony of the law enforcement of motor vehicles, making the management from extensive management to comprehensive management. Make the service from a single domain to cross domains.
(1) System network structure
From the perspective of hardware equipment deployment, first establish a unified data center to summarize, analyze, process, and distribute data to support the daily operation of various business subsystems. The system completes data collection through mobile, fixed, handheld inspection equipment and cameras, integrates dynamic image recognition technology and RFID radio frequency identification technology, and uses image recognition of physical license plates and vehicle characteristics and remote radio frequency identification of RFID electronic tags The “dual electronic eyes” recognition technology of the company forms the basic supervision information data in the vehicle supervision information database.
The supervision platform management system is composed of license management, traffic information management, public information management, and motor vehicle inspection and supervision subsystems. It completes the interaction between the platform system and the user, system management and maintenance, and vehicle supervision and other functions. The middleware server is the core component of the system. Under its unified scheduling and coordination, it completes many application functions such as billing, settlement, traffic statistics, and vehicle inspection. The platform system realizes the connection with external third-party interfaces through the security gateway, such as environmental protection, charging management, call center, command and dispatch, insurance, taxation, public security and other applications, as shown in Figure 2.
In addition, the system should be able to automatically identify the following vehicles: stolen, smuggled vehicles, fake and unlicensed vehicles, vehicles that have not paid fines for violations, hit-and-run vehicles, scrapped vehicles, vehicles overdue without annual inspection, vehicles in arrears and taxes, and vehicles not bought Compulsory third party liability insurance vehicles, unlicensed vehicles, and vehicles driven by drivers without service qualification certification.
